 Problemas dermatológicos dosis de, al menos, 3 mg/día. Existe una evidencia cientí- fica considerable que respalda los beneficios de la suple- mentación con AST (en el rango de 3-6 mg/día) para la salud de la piel. Al ser una molécula soluble en lípidos, debe ingerirse con o inmediatamente después de las comidas, para asegurar una absorción óptima.
